One book before the stroke, two after it. Judy Adams had to learn to walk again — and on Election Day, when the ride she ordered never came and the second one didn’t either, she walked a mile to the polling place and cast her vote. That walk became her second book and the reason she founded Faith Collection. She speaks about recovery as something you practise rather than something you are given, and she ends where her audience is, not where she is.
